Christmas | 2014

I hope you all had a wonderful christmas!
This was the first christmas that I wasn't at home for the whole day. I woke up at home on christmas morning, embracing the child within me and waking everyone up before the crack of dawn, opening presents together and eating chocolates off the tree. But then me and my boyfriend got ready to go to his family's house for the first christmas dinner of the day. Normally I'm with my family all day, lounging around messing with presents and watching christmas films until we go up to my grandparents for christmas dinner. But this time I was with two different families. At first I was sad at leaving my family, but then I realised I'm spending christmas day with two lots of people that I love so it's all good! We had christmas dinner at his and then opened presents with all his family, before moving onto my grandparents house where we had our second christmas dinner of the day and the rest of my ever-growing family came round! We have a christmas tradition of all sitting around my grandparents table and playing a board game. This can last until the early hours of the morning and there is honestly nothing else I enjoy more. I couldn't have asked for a better christmas!

This is just a short post but I sincerely hope anyone reading this has had a wonderful christmas with the people they love and here's to 2015!
Thanks for reading and have a wonderful new year!
