My First Time Tag

Thing's have been a bit hectic recently! As I've mentioned a few times before on this blog, this year I'm starting university after a two year gap in education. I've been there for almost a month now and getting myself back into studying mode has been harder than I thought it would be! With the fact that I already have 3 deadlines looming over my head, I unfortunately didn't have time this week to write the blog post I wanted to. So this week as I did need something that I could do quite quickly, I thought I would do a tag! I love watching tags on youtube and I think there's no reason why us bloggers can't do them so I chose the My First Time tag! I think it's a great way to get to know someone better so I hope you enjoy and hopefully I will get myself into a more structured routine next week. This list is just a compilation of various peoples questions that I've seen floating about!

First pet?
When I was younger I used to have a tank full of about 9 goldfish that I'd won from 'Hook A Ducks' in various fairgrounds and the first one I ever had was named Casper (after Casper the friendly ghost)
What was your first job?
My first ever job was working on a handbag/purse stall on a market where I live. It was 9-5 on a saturday and in mid winter it was absolutely freezing being outside all day!
Who was the first person to text you today?
My friend Natalie
What was the first concert you ever went to?
Either Busted or Gareth Gates, I can't remember which one came first!
First broken bone?
I'm not sure if I actually broke it but I tell the story of smashing my nose into the bottom of a swimming pool in my Anatomy of Me post which you can read HERE if you so wish!
First piercing?
My first and only piercing is my earlobes which I got done when I was around 9 years old I think. I remember every single one of my friends already had it done and I was so late to the party because every time I went into Claire's, I was so scared that I just cried and left!
First teddy?
My first teddy was a Winnie the Pooh teddy which was given to me when I was born as a present from my grandparents (I think) and I still have him to this day. He's a little scraggy now but he still sits proudly on top of my bookshelves!
First song you remember listening to?
The song I remember actually listening and singing along to is 'Those Lazy Hazy Crazy Days of Summer' by Nat King Cole. When I was younger my grandparents used to look after me and my cousins a lot during the school holidays, and every time I got into the car with my granddad I would demand to have the Nat King Cole cassette tape (yes cassette tape!) put on in the car and I would play this song over and over again. My granddad would allow me 'one more rendition' as he used to say and then I'd switch it to either Tina Turner or Survivor! These are honestly some of my favourite memories
Where did you go on your first ride on an airplane?
Spain was my first ever holiday but I seem to remember us traveling there by coach so I'm going to say Ibiza because I think that was my first time on a plane!
What was the first book you ever read on your own?
I want to say it was Harry Potter because I grew up reading those books from before I can even remember, but I think my mum read them to me before I picked them up myself, so I'm going to say either a Jacqueline Wilson book, or one from the Mary-Kate and Ashley Two of a Kind series (I had every single one). I read that much when I was younger that I honestly cannot remember what my first book was!

I hope you enjoyed this tag and hopefully I can get myself into more of a structured routine in the coming weeks so that everything isn't so hectic!
