The Harry Potter Studio Tour

(warning - LOTS of pictures! sorry but I just couldn't narrow it down!)
Back in January I finally visited the warner brothers harry potter studio tour with my boyfriend, sister and her fiancé. I have been wanting to visit there for so long and I'm so happy that I've finally done it! As you can tell by the ridiculous amount of pictures I've included in this blog post, there was a lot to see. Although this isn't even a smidgen of the amount of pictures I actually have! If you can't guess how excited I was by my face in some of these pictures, let me tell you, I was like a 5 year old child! I squealed, I skipped, I even cried when we saw the absolutely massive model of hogwarts!
There's no way I could pick a favourite part but I have to admit I did enjoy looking at all the books/stationary if you couldn't tell by how many pictures I included of that! It took us 5 hours in total to get round the entire thing and it was honestly one of the best days out I think I've ever had. Even my sisters' fiancé, who isn't the biggest harry potter fan, said it was incredible.
The amount of things there was to see was ridiculous. I've never really appreciated the amount of time and effort that goes into making films, but seeing all this just showed that it's absolutely amazing what these people can create! For instance, buckbeak, *the hippogriff we meet in the third film*, I always assumed was done with CGI and yes, certain parts of him were, but the part where he's sat outside hagrids' hut whilst harry and hermione try to pull him away, is done with a bloomin' robot! They built an actual moving robot hippogriff! He bowed and blinked and it literally felt like I could jump on his back and fly away.
I wanted to take everything home with me just so I could look at it again in even more detail. And of course I just had to buy myself some treats from the gift shop! I am proud to say that I am a hufflepuff *in fact when the tour guide asked if there were any hufflepuffs in the room, I was the ONLY one who put my hand up and cheered, shame on the other hufflepuffs in there who didn't raise their hand!*, so I got myself a cosy yellow hufflepuff scarf, a gorgeous notepad and of course, some sweets! I couldn't leave without purchasing some bertie botts every flavour beans and a chocolate frog *which actually had a helga hufflepuff card inside!*

If you haven't visited the studio tour before, please spare some time and go! Even if you're only a bit of a fan of harry potter, this tour is so interesting to see and is honestly such a fantastic day out! I plan to go again as soon as I can. If you have visited the tour then please tell me about it in the comments, I could talk about harry potter all day!
*oh and I forgot to mention, butterbeer tastes DELICIOUS!*
